I threw a box together one day that wanted a 4 inch diameter port,so I picked a corner of the box and did a square port somewhere around 3.75x3.75x the length and it pounded but I had port niose bigger than shit. Most SPL competitors use Aeros because thats basically the best port for efficiency. Aeros can sound just as good as slot, if not better because of no bends or turbulence.
